Hugh B.'s stories about Dillan...
My Karelian is 3 years old now and fully into his own. In the first photo you can see Dillon, in the center of the picture, discussing national politics with a very large male brown bear. He does not bark at grizzlies nor does he harass them, which is a good thing with wild bears. He greets them and lets them know we are in the area. I am sure he regularly encounters bears that are out of my sight and moves them away from our route of travel.
He also watches our backs while we are fishing...
